- Medical Weight LossOne of nature's ironies is that the supple breast, frequently a symbol of femininity and fertility, can be affect so unfavorably by multiple pregnancies. Breasts may begin to droop because of changes that occur during and after pregnancy, because of weight-loss or simply as a result of time.
- Primary CareIn order to achieve this, she pays sharp attention to all the varying systems that contribute to a positive surgical outcome. These varying systems include, but are not limited to, pre-existing medical conditions, weight, and daily habits such as nicotine intake and exercise. These should be taken into strong consideration when broaching one of her procedures. You should also be in consultation with your primary care physician to ensure your body is in its best possible health before beginning what can be an incredibly rewarding and beneficial surgical journey.

- Labor and DeliveryAlthough diet and exercise are a key part of maintaining a healthy physique, many people still find that life’s experiences can alter the way their body looks and feels unavoidably and irreversibly. Childbirth, massive weight gain or loss or following physical trauma such as ill health or an accident are just some examples. Time is another phenomenon. As we age, our body undergoes significant changes that can leave our bodies different and less desirable than earlier in our lives. For some it could just be that genetics may not have given us the breast size or proportion for which we had hoped. Others may find that maturing into middle-age and beyond alters the body we still deserve to have.
- UltrasoundAlthough facial fullness can be youthful, an overly full face may be aesthetically objectionable. Using ultrasound assisted facial liposuction in appropriate individuals, fat in the face and neck can be modified and sculpted such that the facial contours are more streamlined.
- MammographyDr. Belsley will evaluate your candidacy for a proposed breast surgery based on your most recent mammogram—if one is indicated. This mammogram should not have been performed more than one year from the date of the scheduled surgery. Mammography, in general, is best performed annually and, if possible, at the same facility you previously visited.

- Brow LiftDr. Belsley felt that she would benefit from elevating the position of her eyebrows in addition to having upper and lower eyelid lifts. The combination of the brow lift and eyelid lifts opened up her eyes and defined her.
- Eyelid SurgeryWhen performing eyelid surgery, I try to remove as little fat as possible around the eye in order to prevent a “hollowed out” appearance later in life. Rather than removing fat, I try to reposition the fat and the lower eyelid muscles so that they don’t droop. I think that this gives a better and more long lasting result that removal of fat from around the eye. More >>
- LiposuctionIn individuals with overly full upper arms but good skin tone, arm liposuction can result in shapelier, more muscular appearing upper arms without lengthy incisions.
- Breast AugmentationBreast augmentation surgery can balance existing asymmetries and change the line of a woman's body so that her proportions more closely approximate her personal ideal. Most women who undergo breast augmentation do so to achieve a larger and fuller bust.
- Breast ReductionSome women find that they have overdeveloped breasts, which can lead to physical discomfort and back pain, particularly on a small frame. For some personality types, they may also find they attract the wrong kind of attention, and/or that they are excluded from wearing certain types of clothing that can make shopping, particularly for business attire difficult. In this case they may opt to have a breast reduction to ease some of the discomfort.

In all cases there is emphasis on proportion and harmony with the rest of the body.
- Cosmetic SurgeryContrary to popular belief, the majority of women who take the decision to undergo surgery to modify their breasts aren’t typically driven by vanity. For most women, cosmetic surgery on the breast will be carried out with the goal of achieving a more balanced and natural looking frame that allows them to feel good in and out of their clothes. Integrated Torso Contouring adds a cosmetic component to a breast procedure with health benefit to optimize the aesthetic result and match the rejuvenated breasts to the surrounding frame.
