Its services include mortgage assistance, property management and market and area information. Bellmarc s property management portfolio consists of apartments and cooperative and condominium buildings. The company s computer staff develops all its computer systems internally for various properties in its portfolio. Every building has separate bank accounts that are reconciled monthly and its computer system is linked directly to the bank to provide immediate information. Bellmarc has also developed a computer system to permit regular tracking of all outstanding building duties.
