Just our luck, the coldest day we had this year so far and our heating stopped working. I never worked before with BBC but our other guy was busy and unavailable so i gave them a call. 25 min after i closed the phone they already had a van outside. The guy had our heating back on before lunch. I usually don't leave reviews but this time i was really impressed. I would recommended you guys to give this company a call, hope my review helps :-)
I was very pleased by the work of BBC services. I had a problem with the heating system and it was fixed right away. I truly recommend this service :)
I am impressed with the quality of the service this company provided. Simon came around the morning about an hour after I called to say our air conditioner had broken down. He found the non-working parts and left to get replacements, he came back after 30-40 min and replaced them. Simon fixed the air conditioner and tuned everything to perfection. The air conditioner is quiet and the room is at the perfect temperature all the time. Truly recommended!

From the second I called him and told him my issue with the refrigerator, he listened very attentively to get an understanding of the situation, and then proceeded to explain to me why the fridge did what it did.
I felt comfortable this was the best person for the job. Also, he is such a very nice person to talk to while he is working, so its not like some weird dude fixing something in your house that you feel awkward having him there. He even went above and beyond, literally pulling out dust and cat hair from the bottom of the fridge with his hands, getting down and dirty. Thanks so much, I will certainly refer you guys to anyone who will need you... and at some point, everyone will need you a few times in their lives!
I loved the service by this company, my Drinks Refrigerator broke last week in the restaurant i manage and it was my duty to find a company to solve the problem quickly. They had their technician Simon by my location within 30 min and he came with all these fancy computerized tools and start running a checkup. he identified the problem, gave me a price and had my drinks cooling again in no time. Price was really good compare to other companies i worked with.
