After ordering a necklace from balticamber.com all went down hill. The order was placed with 2nd day air shipping and it took 10 days to arrive. When inquiring to the orders process and a tracking #, e-mails were not returned for 5 days. When the necklace arrived, it was OK but did not seem to be sterling silver as advertised as it turned my wifes neck green. Upon finally working out a return, they had us ship the necklace back directly to their supplier in CA. The supplier in CA claimed the package arrived without the necklace in the package. Baltic Amber has left us in the wind to deal directly with their supplier, even though they are the vendor and the ones who received payment. BUYER BEWARE!!!
