Me and my family have had nothing but positive experiences at Bailey's Funeral Home. The customer service was top shelf. Mr. Benton always been extremely cordial and sensitive to my family's needs. Our family has used this funeral home, not once, but four times. We have always been pleased with his professionalism. He has also assisted many families who may have limited finances. He is a blessing. This is indeed his calling.

I highly recommend Bailey's Funeral Home and it's staff to anyone who is in need of this service. When my mother passed away suddenly and there was hardly any money to bury her Mr. Willie Benton, the owner and funeral director, helped up through this difficult time. The staff gave us 100% of their time, helping us to make the right decisions. We were able to save money by buring mom in the military cemetery because my dad had been in the military. We were able to get a packaged deal on floral arrangements, who saved us money also. Mr. Benton does all of his own work and when I looked at my mother and they way she looked in that casket, she was so beautiful and no one could tell that she had been so sick before and had lost so much weight. She looked so alive laying there. I was glad that I went to Bailey's. Everyone in Harlem knows the good works, the caring and compassion of Mr. Willie Benton. I later found out that Mr. Benton regularly contributes to the Harlem charities.
