I ordered 100lbs of dry ice for a walk in freezer that broke down. These guys went above and beyond. The delivery came in 20 minutes. The guy asked me where my freezer was, I told him down the stairs. He did not even hesitate. When we were down stairs he asked me if I would like him to open the dry ice from the packaging and spread it out for me in the freezer. This company's staff knows hot to treat a customer.

I'm not sure what the previous posters problem is but I had to say something. I use Armato for my subzero computer overclocking needs. They are close to my office, on upper east side. They sell me dry ice and they are always very courteous and fast. I can call them anytime and they will tell me when to be there and they are always on time and happy to see me. They're receipts are hand written and legible. I have recommended Armato to many of my friends. They are all very happy. -Alvin
