      Since its 1991 opening, acclaimed Pan-Asian eatery Apple Restaurant & Bom Bar continues to gratify New Yorkers with its delightful yet sophisticated restaurant, bar and lounge in Greenwich Village. Signature highlights include Buddha Delight for vegetable lovers, Sizzling Vietnamese Rice Crêpe with Shrimp, Chicken, Mushrooms, Onions & Bean Sprouts, and Grilled Lamb Cutlets with Fragrant Fried Rice and Stir-Fried Garden Vegetables, in addition to many vegetarian options. Apple’s true specialty dish is its Signature Broiled Boneless Vietnamese Duck, said to be one of the best in New York City because it is incredibly crispy and juicy but not at all greasy. For private parties and catered affairs, enter Apple’s Red Den, a private karaoke room where corporate party givers or others can enjoy a vivacious atmosphere with singing, dancing and of course fabulous cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. If Apple lovers cannot bring their party to Apple, Chef Chuong can cater any party in the New York area including weddings, birthdays, corporate celebrations and more.
