ASCP is a private investment partnership that makes equity investments in profitable companies, both privately and publicly held, primarily located in the United States and Canada. The company s objective is to build businesses and generate long-term capital for its investors. It focuses on companies with annual revenues ranging between $50 million and $500 million where it can invest between $35 million and $150 million of equity. The Rosenwald family, numerous high net-worth families and entrepreneurs and a number of institutional investors provide the firm s capital.
