Don't touch them. They sell refurbished equipment as new and practice bait & switch with crafty receipts that cover the lies. Bad guys. I didn't lose much but people lose hundreds here. Read the other reviews. I'm sure there's good business in picking off tourists, but I'm a local. I could have been a very good customer. But now they've earned this.

I was victim of a"bait & switch" scam in this shop. I was offered a Sony Cybershot box priced at $1,600 and a Panasonic Lumix box priced at $6,000, and after aggressive sales pitch signed for the cheaper camera. Now the scam, as you are not allowed to leave until you have signed for the more expensive camera, with a wide angle lens you don't want or need for $750 and a memory card for $435!! Lots of distraction by other shop staff and you just want out! Once away from the shop you realise what has happened: the Panasonic Lumix model RRP is max $399, the lens is $20 and the memory card is $25. You've been scammed out of $1,750 because you are a tourist in New York! We complained in person but were refused any offer of a refund as they claimed they must price $399 cameras for $6,000 because of the shop rental costs in New York. This business is operated in what I regard as an unlawful, fraudulent and deceitful manner. DO NOT ENTER THIS SHOP!

This shop is to be avoided. Serious overcharging taking place. Trust your prices to the Internet before you hand over any hard earned cash. They are slick with "throw-ins" but don't be taken in as tho you are getting an amazing deal. You aren't all said and done. Seriously. not a great feeling to be taken advantage of.
