All Around--Pescatore's--Hands Down--Has superb service. Selection and variety of seafood exceptional. I would be comsiderably ill-served if I even thought about shopping at the "other" fish vendor at the opposite end of Grand Central Terminal Market aisle because, frankly, product, price, and service are far from comparable.
