Nestled in the Hudson Valley, you will find a classic Victorian store overflowing with beautiful American grown,flowers of all shapes, colors and sizes. Good Old Days Eco-Florist has been offering US grown certified, earth friendly, organic fresh flowers, plants, fruits, gourmet gift baskets and more since 1977. Our flowers surpass the quality, fragrance, and longevity of traditional floral arrangements yet cost no more than any fine grade flower. We have been featured on NBC, ABC and Sundance Ecoummunity as well as countless news articles because we are one of the only full service, eco-florists in the US. We have a wide selection of floral designs using a variety of flowers including American Beauty Roses, local Wildflowers and much more. We also offer in house flower preservation so you can preserve special memories like your wedding or pick from our existing selection of arrangements. Flower, fruit or gourmet basket arrangements are available and can be filled with your choice of anything from traditional or exotic fruit to one of our gourmet themed baskets. Unfortunately, over 70% of the flowers sold in the US today are imported from areas where chemical regulations are substandard and chemicals such as methyl bromide and DDT are still used. These chemicals have long been banned in the US and Canada. Being absolutely devoted to the environment and all its creatures, coupled with art backgrounds, Good Old Days Eco-Florist is one of the only sustainably operated, ‘eco’ florists in the US.
