      OUR fitness studio offers a nutrition program. Personal training services and a variety of group fitness classes for ALL AGE and fitness levels. OUR group fitness classes include ZUMBA. ZUMBA toning. ZUMBATOMIC (for kids). Yoga. PILOXING. HIIT BOOTCAMP and NUTRIFIT, a 60 minute class that incorporates a timed interval training workout with a nutrition meeting. GET FIT with JAM is also home to the strictly ballroom dance program.
