They were fine when I was storing with them. The only bad thing is, they don't have any security, and no locking fence, so anyone can get in there any time of the day. So that always worried me. The worst thing however was I didn't need my unit anymore, so I informed them that I was vacating it. They were aware of this, and they didn't send me any more bills. But then 4 years later, I start getting harassed by a debt collector in Florida saying I owed them for 3 months of non payed rent (the amount of time before they auction your unit off). So I called them to complain, and they said they didn't have records going back that far, and there was nothing they could do about it. So I'm stuck worrying about some debt collector in Florida. Nice way to run a business guys. Store somewhere more professional with actual security, and good records.
