Dont waste your time or money, Food is mediocre on a good day and gross on a bad one. Food quality aside, the service is abysmal. I have ordered from them on three occasions (I have a high tolerance for pain or maybe its just brain damage). It usually takes about 45 minutes for the food to come, at which point it is not completely cold and still marginally eatable. Tonight it took one hour and forty minutes. When it finally arrived it was in no condition to be eaten. I called several times during my freakishly long wait and was told it would be 5 more minutes each time. Lying to a customer is never a good idea even if you are providing a good product; in the case of Chickens Gone Wild, it seems to be a policy. All in all, Im just happy I havent picked up food poisoning from them. I dont think Ill keep pressing my luck though.

It used to be the best ribs and chicken in NY when it was known as Roaring Rooster. However, it went downhill after they changed the name and moved location. The owner is not interested in customer feedback. (I have tried on multiple occasions even personally going to see him.) The employees are so loud that they can not take your telephone order. The chicken and ribs used to be juicy with plenty of meat. Now, the prices remain the same, but the chickens are anorexic and so over cooked that the chicken seems petrified. The ribs are thin and dry. I was a loyal customer for over 4 years and purchased a family meal on a weekly basis. However, as of tonight, I will no longer purchase from them. I have given up giving them a chance on a weekly basis to redeem themselves to the quality and service that they used to provide. My last dinner from them was expensive and absolutely embarrassing. I do not understand how they permitted this meal to be delivered.
