I wouldn't recommend working at Midwest cable maintenance to anyone! Horrible managment, who only look out for what's best for them. They demand way too much, expect too much for the pay. Meaning: no raises, no potential for growth (unless you are the owner's friend, then almost guaranteed a management spot) not a lot of incentive to stay at this company! The owner himself is a narcissist, thinks he is the best ever, yet cannot even operate a single splicer, let alone, a ribbon splicer machine. You're told you are only working 4 days a week then, on Thursday (usually late in the day) you're told you have to work Friday. That is usually when you're the one working in Iowa or somewhere far from home, and expected to leave Sunday. Therefore, you really get no weekend/family time. And of course, management doesn't care as usual. I wouldn't reccomend working here, to anyone! Unless, you can put up with a narcissistical owner and all the other back-stabbers in the office, and overall lies.
