I was in so much pain yesterday and called so many dental offices and nobody was willing to take me. When I called Trinity Dental Care , the front desk was so nice and compassionate even though they had a really busy schedule they took me in because I was in so much pain. I love this office. The doctors and staff are outstanding. I had to have a few teeth removed and I have to say it was the best experience. I didn't even know it was done. I was expecting to feel a lot of pain. Dr. Shayes was amazing. So gentle. I am so glad I found this office.

Had the best cleaning. Highly recommend this office. Saturday hours are great.

I was in sever pain on sat evening,called this office ,spoke to answering service,even though they were closed , the doctor was kind enough to come in the office and see me,and he was able to get me out of pain. I highly recommend this office because they really care.

I was in need of a great deal of dental work and unfortunately I had lost my dental insurance, Trinity Dental Care, gave a great discount therefore enabling me to get all my dental work done.

Extremely clean office with knowlegeble and friendly doctors and staff. I went there for a second opinion on some dental work, they explained other options that I did not know existed . I needed a lot of dental work, it was practically painless and changed my prospective towards dentistry altogether.A++++

I work 9-5 Monday thru fri, therefore it's difficult for me to make doctors appts, it's nice that there is a dental office that can accomodate me on a Sat.

I loved not having to wait for ever to be seen. I was seen within 5 min after filling out the paper works. The staff and doctors were great.

I have recently lost my job and as a result lost my dental insurance. I was having a sever pain in my tooth and I kept putting it off because I couldn't afford to go to the dentist. Finally I couldn't take the pain any more and made an appoint with this office. Since I didn't have insurance the offered me discounts on all the treatment that I needed and I was able to finally get out of pain. The staff and doctors were very sensitive to my situation.

Finally an office who understands my insurance. I recently moved to Florida and have tried 2 other offices who couldnot figure out my insurance so I ended up with big bills from them. I called Trinity Dental Care and the receptionist was very knowlegeble and explained how my insurance works,etc...made an appintment right away and had a great experience

I have been a patient of this office for many many years. What I love about this office the most is the fact that there is virtually no wait time, as soon as I sign in I am taken back, and the start on me. I love how they take care of my insurance and I don't have to worry about anything. I also love the fact that when I get my cleaning done,it's done by the doctors and not hygenist....Great office, highly recommend it.

I called to make an appt for a specific service. I was very disappointed that the asst. was not up-front about the service I requested in informing me they no longer did that in the office b4 I made an appt and took time off forom work. I spent a total of 3 minutes with the dentist but over 30 minutes stillsitting in the chair to have the asst go over a treatment plan with me for services which I had zero interest in, were not discussed, and were not what I was there for. I was also told I did not have a good insurance plan,she stated it only covered 25% (again quoting for services I did not want or need). I tried to tell her she was mistaken as I work for one of the biggest healthcare employers in the area and we have an excellent plan that covers at 90%.I am not sure what benefits she verified but clearly not mine. They also sold my email and contact info.
