the place was well kept up.had a nice club house and great progam director.we will definately return to winter ther again.

My father stays here and raves about it. Says it is the most beautiful place to live. So if anyone wants to come here i would say go for it! I will not disappoint.

Overall maintenance of the streets is very poor; lots of pot holes. Inadequate garbage pick up; dumpsters are quite often overloaded. Office is only open 4 hours a day. Good variety of activites and planned events. Really nice people for the most part. Will come back next season for a month or so.
