Recently tried to find a Kobalt workbench. Couldn’t find it. Stopped an associated named Antonio. He said I’ll find it. We looked and looked but none on display. Come heck or high water he was going to find. A jovial guy. He ran into customers he had helped before. They were like old buddies. If all were like this guy you have one heck of a store. Believe me if I need some in his area he will be the I try to find to help me!
Need something in paint dept. Four people standing together talking. Asked where something was. Didn’t look up, acknowledge me just pointed and basically said over there
Compare these two!

After being in the return merchandise line at the Little Road store I conclude that changes to the system would benefit employees and customers. I have observed several times that there are customers who take their turns by waiting as long as they have to. However, many cut the line and go straight to a sales clerk who proceed to exchange their item or answer their questions without regard to those who are dutifully taking their turn and remain in line while the sales clerk ignore how others are cutting the line and going around to the left side of the line or going directly to the counter to a sales staff and bumping those who have been standing there five to twenty minutes. It is rude for the customer to do this to other customers but even more rude for the Lowes representative to allow service to those who ignore others in line and provide service to them without asking them to remain in their respective line position.
Each time I visit Lowes, I find a very helpful and most caring group of sales employees--My last visit to the garden center-I found not only helpful but informative sales employees--having quite a major long list-they were there to guide me through and were most supportive-I always have pleasant shopping excursions --Thank-you Lowes--carol
