Untrustworthy, period. Made an appointment for boarding my dog two months in advance and was required to make an appointment for shoots - you all know the routine. First visit cost me $220 and was told that my dog must return for a booster one week later. During the office visit for the booster shot, another $25, I reconfirmed the appointment dates for boarding my dog. Their words, "All is well and ready", and they read back the dates. In addition they sent a nice thank you card that ended with, "...see you at boarding time".One day before my trip I checked and was told that I did not have a reservation. Was I upset or what? The next morning I had unrefundable reservations to fly to Nevada. Thankfully, for a considerable sum, a neighbor took care of my dog. Putting everything together, I can just imagine that they likely used sugar water for my dogs shoots. Screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me.

BEST CHOICE BY FAR. Best staff ever- I knew this place was different just by the woman's voice who answered the phone. I called about 5 other vets in the Pasco, many who quoted $10-20 higher for an office visit or were just plain nasty over the phone. It was only $45 for a first time visit ($20 for regular patients) and the staff were completely CARING& COMPETENT. Something I have yet to see in other vets. Dr. Weston personally spent 3 HOURS getting to the root of my cat's aliments. I brought him in for diarrhea and drooling and he turned out to have a bladder AND kidney infection :'( It broke my heart to know my cat must have been in so much pain for so long and no other vet figured this out. My previous vet would look at my cat for 5 minutes and tell me to change his diet. I was so impressed by the thoroughness of Dr. Weston, Sheryl and the office staff it made the $450 bill a little easier to swallow. I brought my kitten to see you and we couldn't find anything wrong with her. I think she just had an upset tummy. Ker name is baby and her owner is listed as sharon mcgill. I, jamie have fuzz, junior and sissy. They are all doing good. Back to baby, she is now eating but not like she used to, I know it has only been one day, but the baby food that belongs to human babies did some help. She had a little of that last night and this morning she ate her normal food. tonigh she had the infant food. she ate it. She cannot stand the medication and stays away from me hours afterwards. I just wanted to say thanks. Especially to Cheryl. Fuzz loves her to death. Dr Westin is great. She has taken care of my two babies for the last several years and treats them very well despite the one being a demon when he goes there.

I hate traveling without my dog, but they took really good care of him.

Dr. Bogart is the best quality vet I've seen in many years. All the handling staff is excellent-- front desk lady is a bit brusque, but don't let that put you off, the office is very well organized. Treatment prices can get very high very quickly, ask before you jump. Boarding fees are remarkably low. You won't find a safer, better place to leave your pet anywhere around here.
