Introduction to WEQ W.E. Quicksall & Associates, Inc is a multi-discipline Civil Engineering firm. We work in the areas of Transportation design, Structural/Bridge design, Water/Sewer design and Construction Phase Engineering services. We also provide Grant/Loan Application Preparations and Administration. W.E. Quicksall & Associates, Inc our employees are our most valuable asset.
