      Dr. Michael M. Gutierrez is excited to bring his practice back to his home, New Orleans. After 26 years and a successful practice in Florida, Dr. Gutierrez is ready to expand into the New Orleans market. Nola Dermatology is backed by Dr. Michael Gutierrez, MD and Dr. Adrian Dobrescu, MD. Both have extensive training in all fields of dermatology. Dr. Dobrescu specializes in all dermatological needs, but enjoys performing Botox and Fillers. We also have a laser for treatment. Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Dobrescu are accepting most insurances and welcome all new patients!
