The audiology department took the time to review my daughter's special needs. We got our report within 2 weeks of the evaluation. If I could just rate them, I would give them 5 stars.

The speech services were not helpful. It took almost 3 months to get my report back (after I called several, several times). . If you have a deductible plan, they expect you to pay up front (not a problem). But if your insurance pays more and you are entitled to a refund, good luck getting it! It has been a month and I'm still waiting on my refund. I get the same excuse every time I call to check on my refund, "It will be mailed on this day or that day".

I've been very pleased with New Orleans Speech and Hearing Center. My son goes here for speech therapy and has shown much improvement. We really like his therapist. She's very sweet.
