I have used this location for a year, and the service is always excellent, and never had any problems with sending packages. A lovely location ..very convenient to my home in Lakeview, New Orleans.

I've been using Mail & More for a few years now with no problems whatsoever. Great neighborhood business with a friendly atmosphere.

My husband and I mail a lot of packages for business and personal reasons as well. This mail service is convenient to our home and one of the few in the New Orleans area. Even though their hours are pretty darn inconvenient - they open at 9:00 A.M. and close at 3:00 P.M. - I wonder how businesses can possibly use them - we still manage to run over to the business when we need to mail something. As of late, though, the service has been incredibly bad. I mailed king cakes that arrived 10 days later! When I mailed king cakes the following week from the U. S. Post Office, the king cakes arrived in three days and less! I paid extra to have this business mail my cakes FedEx, but the U. S. Post Office got the cakes there in a third of the time. When my husband was at this business today, the lady at the desk was so rude that we have now vowed to drive into the French Quarter from the Lakefront rather than continuously receive such outrageous service.
