  Mr. Weiss graduated from Howard University School of Law and worked as a trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice and as an Assistant United States Attorney, which included the V.A. Hospital. Thereafter, he developed a defense practice in the areas of medical malpractice, pharmacy, personal injury and environmental law.
• Medical Malpractice
  Katy Caraway is an AV rated experienced litigator and advocate. Ms. Caraway defends individual healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. She assists physicians, nurses and therapists in professional board disciplinary matters. Ms. Caraway also represents insurance companies in first party insurance claims. In addition to being a litigator and advocate, she also drafts, reviews and negotiates healthcare, lease, personal services and employment related contracts.

  Sree Harsha Mandava, JD, MD, MHSA, MBA, is a 2022 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he was president of the Evening Law Student Association and served as a student member on Judge Ivan Lemelle’s “We Work for Justice” advisory committee. While attending law school, Dr. Mandava interned with Judge June Berry Darensburg at the 24th JDC, before clerking for Bowman and Howley focusing on the areas of Estate Planning and Family Law. Dr. Mandava also was a Rule XX student practitioner with the Loyola Family Law Clinic. Dr. Mandava spent his last semester of law school working at Caraway Leblanc as a law clerk and eventually joined the firm upon being sworn in.
