Provided by YP.comTook my kid there for her birthday and waited forever to get our drinks and food while people were getting served there food and drinks before us and they came in after we had already been seated and gave our order to our waiter. We were so disappointed, the prices were high and we would not have minded that if the service was good but such a BIG disappointment!!! We will NEVER eat here again.

Provided by YP.comI live here and I was extremely disappointed in every way with this place. It made our city look bad. The place was not busy at all. We had a table of 8. We waited for ever to get our food. Then, they brought out 1 plate and didn't know who it went to. The person ate the food, went out side to smoke a cigarette and came back before anyone else received any plates. Then, when the next two plates came out, they were completely wrong. We asked for a manager, he comes out and says I know we completely butchered this table. Then proceeds to send food back to kitchen. Another person still never receives food, so we then call the manager again. People in the party decides they don't want the food because everyone wanted to eat at the same time. The manager then proceeds to try and talk them into taking the food with them because he didn't want to have to comp the table that he admitted to butchering. This occurred on sunday 2-17-2013 during the day. Whoever the manager was that was on duty at that time should be fired! Poor management, I've worked in the restaurant industry and this was very unprofessional on his part. I even told the staff how bad this looks for them and our city. I would not recommend bringing anyone to this place.

Provided by YP.comI have been to several Bubba Gump's around the country and I have to say that they are normally an easy 5 stars! New Orleans is a weird town with more nostalgia for it's heritage then it's environment actually lives up to, and I found the city pretty dumpy and dirty. Thank God for Bubba, which has a N.O. feel without the grunge getting under your nails and tongue. ;) Not the best Bubba, but still very awesome and the best food anywhere!
