**Beware***Beware***Beware***Beware***If I could give less than 1 star I would!! My son took his vehicle to be repaired after hitting a deer. After 3 weeks, they called and said the truck was ready. He went to pick it up and they had repaired the body work, but had done nothing to repair or even acknowledge the mechanical damage!! He had to point out the damage to various steering components!! It then took another 5 weeks for those repairs. After 8 weeks, he was able to pick up his vehicle only to find out the AC did not work and the bumper had a gap on one side. The AC had been on the list of damaged components!! This is a very incompetent company!! I repeat, this is a very incompetent company!! At all times during this 8 weeks, the staff and owner, Bill Forbes, insisted they were doing exemplary work!!My son is a mechanic. I've also talked to other mechanic sources. If handled professionally this should have been a 3 week repair job!
