      Aaron Design & Build, Inc. has been providing design/ build services to the DC Metro area since 1996. Over the years we have helped many homeowners realize the full potential of their properties through expansion, interior and exterior renovations and turning their "Dreams To Realities". We renovated the Hillandale Mansion, a 22,000 square foot landmark overlooking Georgetown. Our work on this historic residence was featured on the cover of The Washington Post Magazine and in the pages of Marie Claire. We were able to modernize the interior of this beautiful home, including an indoor pool, while restoring the exterior to its former glory from the 1920's. We began the transformation of the area surrounding the new Convention Center by developing The Clyde. The Clyde was a rundown 7- story apartment building on 10th St. that we turned into 13 luxury condos, with a penthouse that was featured in Home & Design magazine. Among favorite features of the residents were the elevator that opened directly to their individual units, the custom cabinetry and stainless steel counter tops imported directly from Germany and the doors we brought over from Italy. Of course, we have completed many other projects in MD, DC and VA that have secured our reputation as one of the area's finest design/ build firms.
