This place is a sham. They will Take advantage of the sick and disabled. Lady that did my taxes didn't even seem like she knew what she was doing. It would have taken about 3 min if she had not done my taxes wrong and have to go back on the computer at least 6 times. I received my 3rd letter from department of revenue today for missing information and now I'm being audited due to her entering $1 for an earned income just so computer would do what she wanted it to. Then when all is said and done, I found out that because I'm disabled, I just needed one "free" form, and my ssa-1099 to be mailed in and it would have been no charge!? The dept of revenue told me that any honest tax prep place would have told me that and sent me on my way, but of course H&R Block soaked me for over $120 bucks. Thanks a lot!. I'm not even going to get into what they said when I ask for a refund for all the trouble I'm going trough. Like I don't have enough problems making ends meet being sick on fixed income
