Tip Products Inc is a wire harness and cord set manufacturer. We have been in operation and held closely by the same families for over 40 years. Since starting in June of 1965, Tip Products Inc has seen many production changes and has been able to adapt to customer needs by instituting some key elements.In the year 2006 we added an additional 10, 000 square feet for operations and added to our already state-of-the-art cutting machines. The additional space allows us to warehouse bulk materials for immediate sale. It also gives some flexibility for running programs such as just-in-time delivery programs like Kanban.Our focus is to produce a quality product with the least amount of lead time as possible while assuring quality by 100% inspection and utilizing our own test fixtures. We specialize in harnesses for small appliance industry but are not limited to that alone. Our power supply cords are used in many applications including submersible pumps, appliances, and under ground feeder assemblies.We pride ourselves on the fact that we stock materials from some of the most respected manufactures in the country. These would include but are not limited to: Tyco Electronics, Panduit, Anderson Power Products, Molex ETC and many different wire manufacturers. Minimum orders are not required and volume pricing is available. Our products are custom made to specs agreed upon by our customers. We also can assist in design.
