As one with considerable experience in the not-for-profit world, I was disappointed with the client services experienced through the end of 2009 when my spouse and I found another case management agency that met our expectations for state and federal minimums. Objectively I had reason to be concerned about the low quality of information I was getting, incorrect filings on my behalf, and inconsistent application rules and regulations from client to client. As a former executive director and board member of organizations, I was also concerned that the Board of the Alliance was not exerting needed legal and other reasonable oversight, so that clients were well served by staff. Thus, I give the Alliance a one star rating, because I find it failed to provide basic client services consistently, and did not have the proper oversight in place as well.
