We coordinate services with Husky applicants for other forms of coverage, including housing and the WIC program. After delivery, we also coordinate postpartum and well-baby care for our patients. Our “Healthy Start” approach to your pregnancy focuses on positive birth outcomes for women and their babies, as well as assessments of medical and social needs, care plan development, care coordination, health education, and connections to services in the community.

- Cervical CancerBreast and cervical cancer are two of the leading, cancer-causing deaths among women. The best way to fight these cancers is to detect and start treating them early. Unfortunately, a lot of women who are uninsured or underserved do not get screenings as often or at all. CHC is part of the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, a national program that provides us with the resources to help enroll and screen women who might otherwise not be getting their regular screenings.
