Center Nurse, Kurtz Driver & person on phone when calling Kurtz ) but yet my elderly Mother was billed for more then DOUBLE the amount we were told. Getting billed different amounts and also added a mile on to the service! Months of phone calls and still not settled. I won't go into details on the services.
