Arnold J. Tyler Elementary School is a learning center that offers education to more than 400 students in grades one through three. Its academic curriculum includes reading, mathematics, science, physical education and social studies. In addition to a cafeteria and computer lab, the school has a library and media center that stocks a variety of books and magazines for students. Arnold J. Tyler Elementary School offers various extracurricular activities, including art and music. It is governed by New Lenox School District 122, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools and serves more than 5,500 students in kindergarten through grade 12.
