Always great service provided by TF O'Brien. I had a problem with one of my HVAC units caused by a new thermostat being improperly wired and Anthony was able to quickly figure out the problem and get everything up and running. A++

Milt was one of the most knowledgeable service man I have ever had. I have had other companies and serviceman for many years but decided to try T.F last year. Milt came over and I was impressed. Decided to go back to this company yesterday and asked if Milt could come back. He did his usual comprehensive check and did find a loose wire that would have hindered the system unless it was fixed. It was fixed and everything else was good. Thanks Milt, see you next year.

After my central air system unexpectedly stopped working, the technician, Anthony, arrived within an hour of my calling T.F. O'Brien. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me some great suggestions for improving some things about the system that were less than ideal. Called the day before to confirm appointment and arrived the next day at specified time. Anthony the technician was polite and very informative.

I had a problem with my mini split a/c, the air flow had gotten weak. I called the manufacturer (fujitsu), they said to look for star ratings from their website. I found T.F. O"Brien, he had the highest rating of 5 stars. my original installer was no where to be found. They sent over a technician, and did he know his stuff. My blower wheel was dirty and needed removal and cleaning, not something a homeowner should attempt in my opinion. The tech went about his business, put on clean booties over his shoes so as to not dirty my home. They are now my go to a/c guys. The tech I had was Anthony. I will request him from now on if I have any more problems. My mini split unit is only a year old and it was a large investment(13,500), Its nice to know that I have a place that I can trust for my a/c issues.
