I have had the most disgusting and unprofessional experience with this management. I have had little to no heat for the past several months without any fixing from super of my building. I called management and they completely dismissed me. Secretary even went as far as to say she too wore a coat and scarf at work. Difference is, I pay over $1300 for rent and higher electricity bills because I use a heater. She also said since I called 311 they will wait to be contacted by them, and what would I like her to say?! Are you kidding me?! They compeltely ignored the problem, ignored me as the tenant. I will make sure to pursue this issue until it gets resolved. But will never recommend this management to anyone again.
