Agreed. Worst place I’ve ever done business at. Don’t know how they are still in business. Liars and crooks!! Also watch for the restocking fees if you return an unopened item within the few days of the return policy. Staff and manager awful! I like to shop at small business to support our local community. I won’t be supporting this business ever again. Not worth even 1 star.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! Do not believe anything they tell you. The tell you the manager is on vacation and he's not, with no return phone call. My 14 year old daughter went out of the country I went in to sign her up on an international plan and when she got there, the plan they sign me up with wasn't valid in China, EVEN though we told them where she was going! RUDE manager and desk help! I wouldn't even give them your time or your $$. They also manage the S. Lyon location and the Milford location. If you go there be sure you know that your going to be charged completely different from Verizon than what they quote you. -- Thumbs down -- (not worth the star)
