The employees are rude and inconsiderate, but the worst part was seeing one guy "wash" his hands... it took less than three seconds and didn't include SOAP. I will just go to the other nearby Subway inside Wal-Mart from now on (which is much better).

I ordered a 12" oven roasted chicken sandwich. After delivering half to my child at school and returning to work to eat my half, I found a LARGE chunk of bone in my sandwich.

I called the store. After it rang for FOUR MINUTES, they picked up the phone and hung up. I called again. After it rang for FIVE MINUTES, they picked up the phone and said they didn't answer because they had customers. I AM A CUSTOMER TOO! I told KIERRA what happened...

SHE LAUGHED. I said that I did not find the situation funny at all. She offered to replace HALF of my sandwich only. No apologies. No politeness. She said that the meat is not ever inspected.

HALF of a sandwich is not acceptable!!
