I was cancelled after one small claim. I was very disheartened because I had never had to use my house or car insurance EVER. A week later I was sent a cancellation letter and a check for the unused balance of what I had paid. When I tried to find out why we were cancelled all they would tell me was "we no longer meet underwriting requirements". They will not tell me what that means so i assume they cancelled me, after paying for insurance I never used year after year, because I had a claim. Although their pricing was good, if you ever have a claim expect to have to go find new insurance shortly thereafter!
