What a fantastic place! Touring the MO wine trail stopped off in this quint little downtown area and found Astral Glass. Got to sit in the theater style seating area and watch them blow glass from a molten slap to this absolutely beautiful platter! Spent two hours here and never regretted a minute of it. Great people who explained what was going on the entire time, like a school field trip but it was fun! Only time I have ever watched them blow glass from nothing to something really spectacular, ended up buying a few one-of a-kind tumblers for our house and plan on going back this Christmas for family presents. This is a must see attraction! Can't understand why this little spot has not been highlighted before as it was a great way to spend a few hours.

One of the coolest glass shops in the country! They have beautiful hand made , jewelry, blown, leaded, etched, and fused glass. You can watch the glass blowers every weekend. You sit in theatre seats in an air condition gallery. At most glass shops you are in the heat. This set up is great. And it is a beautiful gallery full of wonderful glass art. They are open wed through sunday, with demos on the weekends. Need a good get away out of the house, this is a perfect place!
