I called this company in the In December 2016 water heater problems. Changed and charge me $1400 for parts and labor. After we have an emergency on the basement just to check with the camera for 10' $450 after to finish the job he wants another $1900 for half a day job 2 labor workers without any heavy equipment.
Mr. Glenn and Quick Response is not a trusted company, at least in this area.

My tenants had a problem with the furnace, which is only 8 years old, yesterday. They called this company because they are located right across from my house. The owner Glenn and his son came and told them the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide, and they had to leave now. But prior to leaving they installed a thermostat, because they said it was old (8 years old). Why would you put a new thermostat on if the furnace is shot? They billed her over $100 for a thermostat that was not needed. I called in another company, who took a CM test, and it came in .0. He put the wires that Glenn left off and the furnace is fine. Glenn is a cheat and I will be reporting this to the BBB, and the State Consumer Protection Office. The repairman who did fix it, told me I should take him to court and he would appear for me. Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this company.
