Established in 1981, the John D. Rockefeller IV Career Center offers a variety of educational opportunities to adults. It provides academic classes in building construction, automotive and electronics technology, health occupations and graphics communication. The center also offers classes in security and law enforcement, child care, nursing, welding and computer networking. The John D. Rockefeller IV Career Center operates a computer laboratory and executive conference room. It maintains a space for meetings, seminars and training sessions. The center also conducts evening classes in yoga, computer and industrial wiring. Located in New Cumberland, W.Va., the John D. Rockefeller IV Career Center is a part of Hancock County Schools.
