Husband dropped off his watch in March 2017 and was told it would be ready on 5/17/17. One year and a million excuses later we finally got his watch back today. STILL NOT FIXED. The guy had the parts rubber banded to the watch and told my husband, that despite having the parts for months now, he didn't have time to get to it. Ridiculous. Ignored any calls we made to his business and honestly if we hadn't shown up he probably would have never made an effort to fix or return my husbands watch.

Very disappointed. I needed an estimate for the insurance company. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to provide an estimate. Also, during one conversation a gentleman seemed to be coaching the lady as to what to say about the delay in getting the estimate. I had to make the phone call EVERY time to initiate any status update. No sense of concern that they are in the care of my priceless engagement ring, that I feel naked not having it when I've worn it for 24 years straight nor did they seemed concerned with my concerns. :(

Best place to go for superb service repairs are done on the premises very reliable!!! And trustworthy!!! They are very fair n honest. it's where I go if I want something.
