General Info
Elevator Ready offers 24 hour, 7 day a week service. Our normal hours of operation are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. We service most of the national brands and cover a large territory. We have offices in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Elevator Ready Inc guarantees each product that we sell and install. We guarantee our labor for one year from completion. The vendors we represent have a manufacturer's warranty on the equipment. Some manufacturers warranty their equipment for 2 years, others for up to 5 years. Some products qualify for extended manufacturers warranties, provided you purchase a maintenance contract. Elevator Ready, Inc. (ERI) is a premier sales and installation company that provides residence elevators, dumbwaiters, stair lifts and wheelchair lifts to people in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. Elevator Ready, Inc. was formerly known as Inclinator Company of Central PA and is owned and operated by Paul Chance. Mr. Chance has managed Inclinator Company of Central PA and Elevator Ready, Inc. since their inceptions over 5 years ago. Elevator Ready has two office staff, two highly qualified sales people and four service technicians who have experience in installation, service and maintenance of the products we provide.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!Our experience with this company was poor. #1 The shaft was inspected by the owner who said all was correct - ready to be drywalled #2 After the drywall and paint was done, the elevator was to be installed, but the mechanics said the shaft was not framed correctly #3 We incurred additional expenses to correct the problems that we tried to backcharge to Elevator Ready - the owner would not agree to take responsibility #4 After the elevator was installed, we continued to have problems with it #5 We withheld final payment until the elevator was fixed correctly, and until we resolved the backcharges. #6 A cable had been chewed up, and instead of replacing it, they wrapped it with electrical tape #7 The owner accepted partial responsibility for the backcharges, but offset that amount by charging us an exorbitant amount of interest for paying late - final payment was within 3 months of install #8 The owner was rude and argumentative.
