      not very helpful for providing information, cold! not warm and fuzzy, general malaise,sometimes difficult to get lawyer on the phone. will file paperwork but does not give strong guidance on how to proceed. all lawyers at firm not equal in service or patience. I would not use this firm again if I could avoid it. Once you choose a wc lawyer you will have to stay with them so interview well and interview many. missteps have made the process very painful and lack of explanation and guidance made things worse and tenuous, not to mention very costly in finances and in personal emotional costs
