I will NEVER go back to caliber tire again in new city NY, nor would I recommend this shop to any female under the age of 25! My car was misdiagnosed, I was told to replace my battery and after I paid $275 for a new one I was told that wasn't the issue. I was furious. The front desk agent, Demian Buckley re-diagnosed the car and promised me a discount for THEIR mistake. When I came to make my payment the following Saturday morning, I encountered Charlie Tucker who accepted my $100 payment, when it came to my attention I could pay the entire balance I returned to the shop. When I returned, Charlie rolled his eyes and rudely stated that he was unsure whether or not he processed my previous payment correctly, although he had given me a receipt. I was astonished! When I questioned him, he told me I would have to come back Monday as he refused to assist me further. Another employee attempted to defuse the situation by apologizing on Charlies behalf, while Charlie continued to antagonize the situation. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in which I, a paying customer was mocked, ignored, and belittled after already receiving less than satisfactory service. I was mistreated throughout the duration of my caliber tire experience. I was discriminated against because of my age and gender, I believe Mr. Tucker is a sexist and rude employee who does not deserve to be employed by this shop! Never Again!
