Nothing fancy, if your a hardcore lifter like me this is the place for you. Place come along way, not a whole lot of cardio but lots of free weights, big dumbells and good quality machines to hit every body part. I use to lift at ymca an other fancy fitness centers but always get my best workout at an old school gym with no distractions. Members are friendly and have no problem helping you out if you have any questions about bodybuilding or powerlifting. Id say this gym is best kept secret in town
