The Henry County YMCA offers child care services, volunteer opportunities, health and fitness programs, and youth and teen activities. It employs certified personal trainers and wellness instructors who provide a variety of health and fitness programs. The Henry County YMCA s group exercise program offers classes in yoga, Pilates, endurance toning, cycling and dance. The organization s martial arts program provides an opportunity to learn self-defense and self-confidence in a family-oriented environment. Located in New Castle, Ind., it organizes group swimming lessons for children up to the age of 12.
