Based on the problems I had, to include lack of repairs, lack of access to management and lack of support for getting drug dealers out of the complex, they did not care for your living conditions. Yes, a drug dealer, right next door and my wife had to deal with this while I was away for 4 months on military orders. lol - One time I was told by the office that it could take up to 30 days to fix a bathroom toilet because we had two bathrooms and we only needed one! Windows leaked, bad enough that we had to put towels down to try to absorb the water, bad enough that the carpet would get wet and the window frame was starting to rot.Also, the office staff would pass out bad information, would "delay" repair slips and never seemed able to provide quality service.The light was constantly out on the front door, oh, did I mention I mention the drug dealer next door and the drug buyers out in the parking lot? Nice to come home to at night!Management should try living there!
