We had water leaking into the home, from the pipe leading to the well. Mr. Jenkins and his partner came out as soon as the weather allowed, and repaired the problem. I work from home and in the basement. He was considerate to me and those I serve. He also did his work around my break, as to not interrupt my job. Too many people don't show respect toward others and he was this towards my family and I. He also repaired inner pluming issues that the Plummer didn't do. Many people don't realize what it takes to do a job like this as well as the amount if education/smarts needed to do it right. We have used him in the past and as long as he is around, will always be calling him first. We also believe he is fair in his fees, another selling point. Honestly, I would pay more to know it is done right.

At the recommendation of Kenny Crews of Crews Construction, we decided to contact Hall and Jenkins Well Drilling & Pump Service. Prompt response by Rod Jenkins led to our decision to have a new well and piping ran into our home. Our previous well was installed 55 years ago and the casing had started to deteriorate. Along with our well, the piping was aged and needed updating. The Hall and Jenkins crew were considerate and worked effectively and efficiently to complete our job. We have a well that we knew nothing about other than that it hadn't been in use for 15 years. Since my work keeps me away from home during the day, I was worried about how it would go not actually meeting face to face, but Rod came out to check it out, and called right away with his assessment and suggestion of a well test, which we scheduled. He called me right after the test to report what he found, and sent with the invoice a few options. I had a number of phone calls with him as I worked out what I wanted, and he was patient and informative, helping me figure out the course that would make most sense for our situation. Third visit he replaced the pump and wiring, and plumbed a new pressure tank. It was a pleasure dealing with Rod and Hall & Jenkins. I recommend them!

Called them Hall as a second call WHICH WAS THAT THE GREASTEST THING WE DID!! Hall came out, checked again and no burned up pump and WATER IN WELL TOO!! We were told on first call no water and burned up pump ! He went over everything inside and out very professional, friendly you couldn't ask for more!! We tell everyone make them YOUR FIRST CALL!!!
