I ordered a custom sink top from Stone Surfaces, which was installed in a timely fashion (September 12, 2012). The following day I had a plumber come to install the faucet. Unfortunately he could not as the faucet hole was improperly cut. I notified Stone Surfaces immediately and asked them to correct the problem and reimburse the plumbers fee. I was told they would come and inspect the sink top and would discuss reimbursement after inspection if it was indeed their error. Inspection was made (October 1, 2012) and they had to expand the hole, as it was not drilled properly. I called their office spoke to Debbie, told her the situation, and asked for reimbursement to which she started to laugh at me. Eventually she took my name and phone number to give to Dan, the boss, to respond. On October 5th, I spoke with Michelle, she asked that I fax plumbers bill and stated that I would be paid on October 24th when they pay all their bills. As of November 13th no response, no check.
